1. Agreement to terms

By using Skintonic ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Skintonic is

Skintonic provides a personal color analysis tool that suggests colors that may complement your skin, eye, and hair coloring, based on established color analysis theory. The Service is provided for personal styling and informational purposes only.

Skintonic is not professional advice. The Service does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional stylist/consultant advice. Results are generated by an automated process based on the photo and/or selections you provide, and are inherently approximate — actual color perception varies by lighting, screen calibration, camera quality, and individual judgment. For a fully precise, professional-grade color analysis, we recommend consulting a trained colorist working with physical fabric drapes in person.

3. Your photo and content

You retain full ownership of any photo you upload. As described in our Privacy Policy, your photo is processed entirely on your own device and is never transmitted to or stored by Skintonic. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you upload (e.g., it should be a photo of yourself, or one you have permission to use).

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service, or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction.

4. Purchases

Skintonic offers a free preview of your results and a paid full report. The full report is a one-time purchase of $9 USD — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

If you experience a bug, or you simply don't feel the report was worth it, contact us at skintonicapp@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the color recommendations provided will be perfectly accurate for your specific coloring, lighting conditions, or personal taste. Color analysis, even performed by trained professionals, involves subjective judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skintonic and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on the color recommendations provided.
